Sheila Skaiem is an artist agent, public relations and communications consultant, with more than 15 years of experience in culture. In 2019, after 9 years working for Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal, she founded her company, Avec Sheila. She now accompanies artists from all walks of life in the development of their careers. She also supports many cultural institutions in their communication strategies and media relations.

Passionate about culture and convinced of its necessity for the well-being of a society, Sheila Skaiem works on the realization of relevant projects and the development of intelligent outreach campaigns with the aim of contributing, always in an empathetic way, to broadening access to the arts, their beauty and their transformative power. She has accompanied Charles-Alexis since August 2022.
