Géraldine Lavoie-Dugré holds a master's degree in art history and a diploma from HEC Montréal in the management of cultural organizations. She has been evolving as a cultural worker in the world of contemporary dance since 2017, first at the Festival Quartiers Danses as administrative director, then in Parbleux as administrative manager until 2021. She now accompanies dance artists in the realization of their projects, from writing grant applications to production management. She has been collaborating with Charles-Alexis Desgagnés since 2019.
